The sprinkler is one of the best places to start when you want to do something fun in the sun. Just make sure to put on the sun block, and you’re set to have a wonderful time in cool refreshing water.
Sand crafts are great to do on a warm day. The sand will not get everywhere in the house, and you can enjoy the outdoors while also making some of the most beautiful sand jewelry, picture frames, or other types of sand art.
Build bird houses together. They can be purchased in kits to make it easier. You can bring them outside, assemble them together, and make sure to paint them to give them your own added touch. Buy a little bird seed, and watch the birds as they come and enjoy what you have made them.
Chalk is another great outdoor activity that can be done together. Draw funny pictures on the driveway and sidewalks together. You can then take pictures of them to save before the rain comes and washes them all away.
